Calistro California Bistro is a comfortable neighborhood restaurant that takes quality seriously. Calistro California Bistro brings that ‘Farm to Table’ mentality from California to Scottsdale, Arizona.

Calistro Bistro recently closed with inspired owner, chef and founder Devin Walsh heading on to pastures new. A consistent purveyor of superb food, friendly service and great atmosphere, the bistro will be sorely missed by our community. We are extending this website to pay homage to the wonderful work done by Devin Walsh and the Calistro Bistro team in Scottsdale. All the best!

Soup of the Day: Chef’s whim of the day – $4 per cup, $6 per bowl

Hummus: traditional chickpea hummus, roasted garlic, lemon, sumac, olives, served with grilled pita – $8

Crab Cake: crab cake, herb tomato salad, green beans – $5

Local Organic Vegetables: roasted seasonal vegetables, EVOO, lemon wedge – $6

House Salad: local greens, seasonal local vegetable slaw, citrus beets, almond meal, preserved lemon vinaigrette – $9

Caesar Salad: romaine lettuce, house made herb croutons, Parmesan, Caesar dressing – $9

Greek Salad: romaine lettuce, tomato, olive, red onion, bell pepper, cucumber, Crow’s Dairy feta, oregano dressing – $9
